13. Health records: This includes medical records, treatment and diagnosis records, test results, the type, level and duration of disability, the Disability Card number, contact person, etc.
14. Race or ancestral origin: This includes DNA records.
15. Records of Service usage, including but not limited to geographical positioning, usage time, browsing and browser history.

  2. By using Kaam Care, you agree to keep your personal health information up-to-date and accurate. It is your responsibility to review, verify, and update your medical information regularly.

The UCPA defines certain terms in a particular manner that may differ from how those terms are used in everyday language. When these terms are used in this notice, they are used based on the definition set forth in the UCPA. These terms are: “personal data”, “process”, “consumer”, “processor”, “controller”, “third party”, “sale” or “sell”, and “targeted advertising”. Please note that Kaam Care uses the terms “personal data” and “personal information” interchangeably throughout our policies. For purposes of this notice, Kaam Care may be referred to as “us”, “our” or “we” and Kaam Care’s consumer customers may be referred to as “you” or “your”.

• The Right to confirm whether or not Kaam Care is processing your personal data and access to such personal data.

• The right to obtain a copy of the your personal data that the you previously provided to Kaam Care, in a format that, to the extent technically feasible is portable and, to the extent practicable, is readily usable, that allows you to transmit the data to another controller without impediment, where there processing is carried out by automated means, provided that Kaam Care shall not be required to reveal any trade secret.
• The right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for the following purposes:
  • Targeted advertising;
  • The sale of personal data, subject to the terms set forth below;

Right to Confirm and Access

Under the UCPA, Utah consumers have the right to confirm the processing of and access the following information:

• The categories of personal data processed by Kaam Care and shared with third parties;
• The purposes for processing personal data;
• How you may exercise your rights; and
• The categories of third parties, if any, which Kaam Care shares personal data.

Kaam Care may process or otherwise sell or share different categories of personal data spending on the product or service. Processing Purposes::

Kaam Care may disclose personal data to processors for the following purposes: auditing; security; debugging; short-term transient use; performing services on behalf of Kaam Care; research; and quality assurance and service improvements. Kaam Care may sell or share personal data with third parties for the following purposes: delivering content and ads; associating user activity; provide Kaam Care services; provide contextual advertising; provide targeted advertising; provide personalized content; fulfill user requests; user communication; provide location-based services; provide promotions; create analytics and reports for third parties; processing payments; and security and fraud prevention.

Right to Delete

You may request that Kaam Care delete personal data you have provided to us by logging into your Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard. If you have more than one registered account with Kaam Care (for example, a Kaam Care and an AOL account), you will need to exercise your deletion right within each registered account for which you wish to delete your personal data. If you exercise your right to delete your personal data, the UCPA allows Kaam Care to retain certain personal data for limited purposes. As a result, Kaam Care may retain your personal data in accordance with our records retention program to: Comply with a federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation; comply with a civil, criminal, or regulatory inquiry, investigation, subpoena, or summons by a federal, state, local or other governmental entity; cooperate with a law enforcement agency concerning activity that the controller or processor reasonably and in good faith believes may violate federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations; investigate, establish, exercise, prepare for, or defend a legal claim; provide a product or service requested by a consumer or a parent or legal guardian of a child; perform a contract to which the consumer or the parent or legal guardian of a child is a party, including fulfilling the terms of a written warranty or taking steps at the request of the consumer or parent or legal guardian before entering into the contract with the consumer; take immediate steps to protect an interest that is essential for the life or physical safety of the consumer or of another individual; detect, prevent, protect against, or respond to a security incident, identity theft, fraud, harassment, malicious or deceptive activity, or any illegal activity; preserve the integrity or security of systems; investigate, report, or prosecute a person responsible for harming or threatening the integrity or security of systems; engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws; process personal data to: conduct internal analytics or other research to develop, improve, or repair a product, service or technology; identify and repair technical errors that impair existing or intended functionality; effectuate a product recall; process personal data to perform an internal operation reasonably aligned with consumer’s expectations or otherwise compatible with processing to aid in providing a product or service specifically requested by a consumer or a parent or legal guardian of a child or the performance of a contract to which the consumer or a parent or legal guardian of a child is a party; or retain a consumer’s email address to comply with the consumer’s request to exercise a right.

Right to Opt Out of Selling or Targeted Advertising

Kaam Care does not sell or share information that, on its own, identifies you, like your name or email address. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do share other identifiers with partners for product, service, and advertising reasons. Sharing this data allows us to provide the content and services you enjoy, helps our partners deliver better content and advertising, and keeps our services supported by our advertisers. You have the right to direct Kaam Care not to sell your personal data and not to use your personal data for targeted advertising. You may direct Kaam Care not to sell your personal data and using your personal data for targeted advertising above or via the sale of personal data and targeted advertising control in the Privacy Dashboard. If you choose to opt out of the sale of your personal data, such action may impact how you are able to view and/or receive some services that Kaam Care offers. Right to Confirm and Access

Under the VCDPA, Virginia consumers have the right to confirm a controller’s processing of their personal data and access such personal data. You may access this data by logging into your Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard. If you do not have a Kaam Care login, Kaam Care is unable to confirm the ownership of personal data and will not be able to provide you with access. You can see the types of data Kaam Care generally collects via our Privacy Policy.

Categories of personal data:

Kaam Care may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise sell or share different categories of personal data depending on the product or service a consumer uses. You may request that Kaam Care delete personal data we have collected about you by logging into your Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard. If you have more than one registered account with Kaam Care, you will need to exercise your deletion right within each registered account for which you wish to delete your personal data. If you exercise your right to delete your data, the VCDPA allows Kaam Care to retain your personal data for limited purposes. You may request Kaam Care to provide you with a copy of the personal data that you previously provided to Kaam Care. You may access this data by logging into the Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard, accessible from the Kaam Care Privacy Policy.

Right to Opt Out of Selling or Targeted Advertising

Kaam Care does not sell or share data that, on its own, identifies you, like your name or email address. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do share other identifiers with partners for product, service and targeted advertising reasons. Sharing this data allows us to provide the content and services you enjoy, helps our partners deliver better content and advertising, and keeps our services supported by our advertisers. This is because some of the services that Kaam Care offers require disclosure of your personal data to third parties and such disclosure may be deemed selling under the VCDPA. Kaam Care sells or shares different categories of personal information to third parties depending on the product or service. You may locate the specific categories of personal data sold or shared in the last 12 months for each product or service you use by logging into the Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard. Kaam Care does not process personal data for the purposes of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer. Across all of our products and services, Kaam Care sells or shares the following categories of personal data to third parties: identifiers (e.g., technical, financial, government identifiers); contact information; physical characteristics or description information; internet or electronic network activity information; geolocation information; commercial information; audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory or similar information; inferences, including advertising and content related inferences; professional or employment related information.

Use of Precise Geolocation Information in Virginia

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act requires consumer consent for the collection of precise location data for certain commercial uses. Kaam Care honors this legal requirement by truncating latitude and longitude coordinate information from geolocation data that falls within the state of Virginia. This converts the data into imprecise location data. Virginia residents do not need to manage or effectuate their Precise Location Information opt-out in Kaam Care’s Privacy Dashboard to receive this privacy protection.

Verification Process for Access and Deletion

You may access and/or delete your personal data by logging into the Kaam Care Privacy Dashboard.

7. Collection, Use, and Linking of Technical Identifiers

Kaam Care uses different technical identifiers to make its consumer services available on most platforms, browsers, and devices. Kaam Care also uses these technical identifiers to provide our digital services on our properties and for our business partners. These technical identifiers include:

• Browser cookie identifiers (sometimes referred to as “cookie IDs”) and browser local storage identifiers
• Mobile device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or the Apple Identifier for Advertising (IDFA)
• Platform or operating system-based identifiers, such as those offered on smart or connected TVs or media streaming devices
• Partner-supplied technical identifiers
• Encrypted or one-way cryptographic hashes of personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, derivatives, or escalated versions of these identifiers
• Household-based identifiers
• IP addresses
• Probabilistic (non-unique) identifiers
• Identifiers generated from the combination of various device, browser, or operating system attributes, such as the operating system or browser version
• “Cohort”, audience, or group identifiers, such as “sports enthusiasts”

The storage, generation, and collection methods of these identifiers may also vary, depending on the context. For instance, some browsers and devices offer limited technical identifier support and/or limited cookie support, so non-cookie-based identifiers may be used in these cases. Examples of these devices include:

• Certain apps, mobile devices, or installed software, where permitted and applicable
• Certain internet-of-things (IoT) devices
• Browsers enabled with intelligent tracking prevention (ITP), privacy sandbox, or similar cookie-blocking technology

8. Children’s Privacy

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) applies to Operators of websites or online services that collect data from children under the age of 13. COPPA, prohibits unfair or deceptive acts related to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information from and about children on the internet. The goal of COPPA is to give parents control over what information is collected from their young children online. We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children on our sites and applications. Some of the features on our sites and applications are age-gated so that they are not available for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with those features. When we intend to collect personal information from children, we take additional steps to protect children’s privacy, including:

• Notifying parents about our information practices with regard to children, including the types of personal information we may collect from children, the uses to which we may put that information, and whether and with whom we may share that information;
• In accordance with applicable law, and our practices, obtaining consent from parents for the collection of personal information from their children, or for sending information about our products and services directly to their children;
• Limiting our collection of personal information from children to no more than is reasonably necessary to participate in an online activity; and
• Giving parents access or the ability to request access to personal information we have collected from their children and the ability to request that the personal information be changed or deleted.

You agree that the Company may make amendments to this Declaration at any time, which will be announced on the Kaam Care platform. If you continue to use this service after the public announcement or direct notification, it shall be deemed that you have consented to those amendments.
